Here’s how it works:
You buy a package of credits
You might buy 10 credits for 10 € or some other amount. Everything goes into the organization wallet, for everyone to use.
Each action costs a certain number of credits
Signing a document with a digital signature might cost 1 credit, verifying someone’s identity might cost 20 credits, and so on.
Credits are deducted as you use the service
When you sign a document, the agreed-upon number of credits is taken from your or organization balance.
Buy more credits when you run out
Just like topping up your phone credit, you can purchase more credits to continue using the service once your balance is zero.

Credits are virtual funds within our application, where 1 credit is worth 1 euro. They enable quick and easy payment for products within the application.
Vizibit’s Signator suite operates on a credit-based “Pay As You Go!” model. Your organisation’s wallet is topped up with credits. When you utilize a service, such as applying a qualified, advanced, or simple digital signature, the corresponding unit price is automatically deducted from your organisational credit balance. Crucially, unused credits never expire, allowing for transparent spending control.
If they lack sufficient credits for a purchase, they will be able to send you a request for a top-up. You will receive a notification about the insufficient funds within your organization, and you will have the option to make a top-up.
