Documents are encrypted and stored in the ViziBit cloud or can be redirected to user-managed cloud storage (e.g., AWS, Google Drive). They are retained according to data retention policies applicable to your industry.
ViziBit offers the following storage plans:
- Basic – Free (2 GB)
- Standard – 10 GB
- Premium – 25 GB
- Professional – 100 GB
These plans allow users to select the amount of storage that best fits their needs.
Automatic document routing, signature pending notifications, and a centralized archive reduce manual tasks. According to a case study, companies reduce document processing time by up to 80%.
ViziBit uses cryptographic algorithms (RSA, ECC) and key management systems. It is certified under ISO 27001 (information security management), ISO 27017 (cloud security), ISO/IEC 27701 (privacy protection), and ISO 22301 (business continuity management). Additionally, all signatures are stored in digital archives with strict access control.
A digital signature is an electronic, encrypted seal of authentication on digital data that confirms the signer’s identity and the integrity of the content. It is created by applying a cryptographic algorithm to the data and the signer’s private key.
Think of it as your unique digital seal that “signs” a document on your computer or mobile device. It confirms who you are and guarantees that no one has altered the content.
The applicant submits documents for identity verification (ID card, passport, etc.) or completes e-KYC authentication through an authorized certification authority (e.g., A-Trust, Swisscom, FINA, AKD). After successful verification, a certificate is issued linking the public key with the verified identity.
Qualified digital signatures, according to regulations such as the EU eIDAS and Swiss ZertES, are legally equivalent to handwritten signatures if created following prescribed standards and controls.
Upload the document in SignFlows and go to the Verification tab.
The validity of a digital signature depends on the validity of its certificate. Certificates are usually issued for 1–3 years and can be revoked before expiration. Digital timestamping allows proof of the signature even after the certificate expires.
